Owner-managed companies, mostly in trades, manufacturing and services, where a handover is due within the next few years. Frequently with no successor in the family and usually not openly on the market.
Special situations
Companies in transition or restructuring, where speed and the ability to act decide the outcome. Researched and continuously updated.
Where the profiles come from
We keep this explicit, because it determines how you should read them.
Submitted directly
The company came to us and released the profile itself. An intention to sell or take on investment exists and is confirmed.
Publicly researched
Situations identified from regional reporting, such as a reported search for a successor. Here no confirmed intention to sell exists. These profiles are a research lead and are marked as such.
How contact is made
Deliberately with one step in between. It protects the companies and means you only hold conversations that are actually wanted.
Review the profile
Sector, region, approximate size and the background of the situation are visible without registration.
Register your interest
You outline your background and intention briefly. We put that to the company, not your contact details.
The company decides
It releases the contact or declines. A decline is rarely about you and often a question of timing.
Direct exchange
Once released, both sides speak directly. We step into the background at that point.
