Succession and investment
Find a successor without giving up control first.
QINTSERV is a marketplace that brings companies together with buyers and investors. You decide what becomes visible, when a conversation happens and with whom. Until then, your name stays with us.
How it works
Four steps, with you deciding between each one. Nothing happens automatically, and no step commits you to the next.
Get in touch, informally
A short message is enough. No documents, no valuation and no decision required. Many conversations begin two years before a handover.
We build an anonymous profile
Sector, region, approximate size. No company name, no address, no individuals. You read the profile before it goes live and release it, or you don't.
Interested parties come through us
Enquiries reach us, not you. You see who is asking and from which direction, and decide for each one whether we pass on your name.
You hold the conversations yourself
From first contact onward you speak directly with the other side. We make the introduction and then step back, unless you ask otherwise.
What stays yours
A marketplace is only useful to you if you can leave it at any time.
Your name
Your company appears anonymously. The name is only shared once you release it for a specific enquiry.
Your decision
No exclusivity, no lock-in period, no fee up front. You can withdraw the profile whenever you want.
Your pace
There is no deadline and no process that continues without you. Pausing and picking it up later is expected, not exceptional.
What owners ask us first
It is rarely about price. It is usually about what happens to the business afterwards.
Will my staff find out?
Not through us. The profile contains no company name, no location and no individuals. When and how you speak to your team is entirely your call. In practice the right moment tends to be once a solution is concrete.
Will I end up with an anonymous foreign fund?
Only if you want to. The buyer side includes individuals looking to take over a business, family holdings, regional competitors and investment firms. You see who is behind every enquiry and can rule out entire categories from the start.
Will my business be broken up or renamed?
That is part of your negotiation, not ours. We cannot guarantee it, and nobody should credibly promise it. What we can do is record your expectations on continuity, location and staff in the profile, so that buyers with different intentions do not get in touch in the first place.
My company is too small for this.
We hear this often and it is rarely true. An established trade business with eight employees, a stable customer base and orderly books is more attractive to many buyers than a larger company without either. We apply no minimum size.
What does it cost me?
Creating a profile is free, and no fee arises while no contact is made. Anything that applies in the event of a successful handover is agreed in writing beforehand, before you sign anything.
I'm not ready yet.
That is the normal case and a good moment. A handover usually needs several years of lead time. A conversation does not mean you are selling, and a profile can sit dormant for as long as you like.
A conversation that commits you to nothing
Tell us what is on your mind. You need no documents and no decision, and you will get no mass mailing and no unannounced phone call from us.
